potatoes, boiled and grated
cottage cheese/paneer
cloves of garlic
cumin powder, chilli powder , Salt
roasted chickpea flour

2 cups green peas
3 cups spinach leaves
4-5 medium potatoes, boiled and grated
1/2 cup grated cottage cheese/paneer
3 cloves garlic
1.5 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/4 cup roasted chickpea flour
Olive oil
Cashews (optional)
Instructions:
Blanching the Greens:
Boil green peas in water for a couple of minutes.
Add spinach leaves to the boiling water and blanch them.
Transfer peas and spinach to ice-cold water to preserve their vibrant green colour.
Preparing the Base:
Grate the boiled potatoes and ensure they are well-drained.
In a food processor, combine spinach, peas, garlic cloves, and a dash of olive oil. Process until you get a smooth mixture.
Creating the Mix:
Mix the processed greens with the grated potatoes.
Add grated paneer, salt, cumin powder, chilli powder, and roasted chickpea flour.
Drizzle a bit of olive oil and blend everything until you get a cohesive mixture.
